Operator

Terms of Service

Effective date: July 29, 2026

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Operator, an owner-operated AI operations system developed and maintained by George Ramsay. By using Operator, you agree to these terms.

The service

Operator coordinates project work, automated agents, approvals, operational records, and selected third-party integrations. It is currently intended primarily for the developer's personal use and may be made available to specifically invited users. Features may be experimental, incomplete, or changed without notice.

Eligibility and authorization

You may use Operator only if you are legally able to agree to these terms and have been authorized by the developer. You must provide accurate information and may connect only accounts and systems that you own or are authorized to use.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your devices, credentials, OAuth grants, and connected accounts, and for promptly revoking access if you believe an account or credential has been compromised.

Acceptable use

You may not use Operator to:

  • violate any law, regulation, contractual obligation, or third-party right;
  • access an account, system, repository, or data source without authorization;
  • send spam, deceptive communications, malware, or abusive content;
  • interfere with the security, availability, or operation of Operator or another service;
  • circumvent approval controls, access restrictions, or usage limits; or
  • use Google user data for advertising, data brokerage, lending, surveillance, or any purpose not disclosed in the Privacy Policy.

Third-party services and Google integrations

Operator may connect to services such as Google only after the relevant account owner grants permission. Your use of a third-party service remains subject to that provider's own terms and policies. Operator is not responsible for a third-party service's availability, security, or actions.

You may revoke Google access through your Google Account settings. Revoking access may disable features that depend on Gmail or another authorized Google service.

Automated output and human review

Operator may generate plans, messages, code, recommendations, classifications, or actions using automated systems and artificial intelligence. Automated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular situation.

You remain responsible for reviewing important decisions and actions before relying on them, particularly when they may affect finances, legal rights, employment, security, privacy, production systems, or third parties. Operator's approval controls do not replace professional judgment.

Ownership and feedback

Operator, including its software, design, documentation, and branding, is owned by George Ramsay or its applicable licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of Operator to any user.

You retain ownership of information and materials you provide, subject to the permissions needed for Operator to process them and provide the requested features. Feedback may be used to improve Operator without obligation or compensation.

Availability, changes, and termination

Operator may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Access may be limited or terminated if these terms are violated, if continued access creates security or legal risk, or for any other reasonable operational reason.

Upon termination, you must stop using Operator and revoke connected account access when appropriate. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law, will survive.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Operator is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. No guarantee is made that Operator will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, George Ramsay will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to Operator. Total liability for any claim relating to Operator will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to use Operator during the 12 months before the claim or $100.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Utah County, Utah, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as Operator changes. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, except where additional consent is required by law.
